In 2005 Michael Spreadbury assisted the State of Montana with abandoned property. Officials from the Department of Environmental Quality were not aware of the submerged timber that would be exposed as the Milltown dam was removed. Historic booming practices sunk 25% of the timber passed along the Blackfoot river. Gross income to the state $38.5M (now that's charity)!
