The Times took this photo after investigating the 2005 deaths (4) in the Ravalli County Jail and determining that a right to reasonable bail for the inmates made them give up.

Mr. Hoffman allowed 4 suicides in his jail, said he would not run for office again, and did---twice.  He trained City Police Chief Ryan Oster, and oversees a department where tampering with evidence, grand theft ammo occurs, spousal wife abuse by his undersheriff (McConnell) and general abuse of American citizens.  Virginia Bolen wrote a book "Finders Keepers" about Ravalli County law enforcement and is available on Amazon books (even seniors kick Sheriff Hoffman's ass).

I was always taught to stand up for what I believed.  I believed that Montana officials were very corrupt.  With a little bit of exposure, the right thing happens....and they wonder why Hamilton, Montana is seeing fewwer and fewer visitors and residents.  I dont.

Now it is time to move on with my life.

Its funny, when the world turns up this area for being corrupt and not covering rapes at the University of Montana, they are too stupid to do anything different.  The isolation and abusive psychology allow public officials who know nothing different, are paid for by those they abuse, then have their butts handed to them in court, on a website, a documentary, and Youtube videos.

The economy tanks, and people are learning to stay away from Montana.

I regret holding my money at your bank and affiliates from 1996-2009.  As you recall, a bank error occurred in 2009 as my business account address was moved to a temporary address used for political purposes.  Even as all of the fees were paid that First Security Bank (FSB) assessed, it was not good enough, and more harassment ensued as more business was attempted at this bank.

When banks don't want business, and destroy business accounts at First Security Bank Hamilton, MT why should anyone else place their money here to be toyed with by people who don't seem to be able to treat anyone very well?

I merely gave FSB Hamilton MT a chance to be respectful.  Unfortunately for First Security Bank in Hamilton, that did not occur.  If a bank cant treat you well, it is a good litmus test for the community.

When consumers have a need, First Security Bank fell short.  When businesses are attempted to be started, then First Security Bank should facilitate this, not make up excuses to mistreat their customers.  The prodigal son is an example of a family member returning once again.  While First Security Bank Hamilton MT did not have to throw a feast, it at least could be considerate of a former customer returning.

It goes without saying, if you want to be treated well, First Security Bank makes their problems yours.  There are much better banks out there in Montana than the 11 owned by Glacier Bankcorp:

Coach Cranford is a retired police officer in Canada.  He is sticking to his rights.  He feels that due process, or in this case procedural due process was not done:

Best of luck to coach Cranford, due process, and the lack of any written policy that the coach violated puts a stop to a punishment and penalty for not attending a ceremony.

Just to explain my own due process issue, it was peaceful assembly on public property.  I sat on a library lawn, and a police officer, a City Judge, and a Federal judge violated their oath.  I had asked that library to put on reserve a letter to Barack Obama written by someone else asking for civil rights:
