A New Standard

The 2010 election has brought about a great change in Ravalli County: we have a new chief law enforcement officer, William "Bill" Fulbright.  He has committed himself to upholding the constitution of the State of Montana, and the United States.

---how many people think Bill Fulbright is upholding any constitutional rights?
IS RAVALLI COUNTY TOO BIG, OR TOO CORRUPT TO TAME?

We, as citizens need to encourage, and make sure he does not continue the path he has been forced to go down by his former boss, George Corn.  The owning of the Ravalli County Newspaper, and influencing what is published there must end.  The unethical law enforcement practices must end, no matter who was "re-elected"; Hoffman's boss is now Bill Fulbright.

The same must not continue.  "We the People", many of us in Ravalli county, (and some now fled) stood our ground to a man (George Corn) who damaged many people, and made others of us to give up in the Ravalli County Detention Center.  Excessive bails, harassment by law enforcement, and predetermined fate in the press must stop in Ravalli County.  If you must kill something, or their future, we live in terrific hunting and fishing grounds; go do it out in the wilderness where it is licensed and legal.

To George Corn, you derailed my life for three years, and tattered my reputation.  At least I don't have twenty years of violating people's rights, and the enjoyment that any result you wanted could happen.  I showed the people the real you.  At least a logical decision was made for your plight; [the will of the voters] mine came from pure evil on your part.

The Brits call this being sacked, we prefer saying Corn's been canned.

We the People wrote Bitterroot Rising, and produced "Beneath the Beauty" to can CORN.
Does Bill Fulbright remember these sacrifices?

Its time for the rule of law to return to the Bitterroot, it is what the voters asked for.  My mission against an "invincible" opponent has ended in success.   It took everying I had, more than I should have had to give.  It was worth it: freedom and justice for the Bitterroot Valley.  We rose to the occasion.

Happy Holidays everyone: peace in Ravalli County!

Your vote in Ravalli County

Voters, you are busy with work, family, or pursuits, and are looking for how you should vote on Tuesday, November 2, 2010.  I have spent 3 years looking a judges, prosecutors, and candidates, due to some of them improperly derailing my life.

I have heard Geoff Mahar promote George Corn, even though Mahar was a Defendant in a case where he destoyed somone's reputation....in court Mahar belittled an 18 year old while I was watching.  This is how Corn allows his Deputies to behave, and encourages it.  Your vote can change this from happening again.
(hopefully, Mahar's new boss, Bill Fulbright will hold him accountable to a new standard)

Corn has paid out this year to convince you there is something about his character that qualifies him to continue to degrade, and violate rights of Americans in Ravalli Co.  I have watched the stunned, crying families in the County Courthouse (I call it the Corn Palace) after George Corn destroys their boy's future...for his victory count.  Twenty years is too long in control off too much here in Ravalli County...can those so connected to his power live without him and his rule?....be brave Ravalli County...it is the only way we can be free.  We don't know what that feels like...because we have not had it for so long, or ever.

Not much needs to be said of Hoffman other than trying to hold onto criminal staff by keeping himself in office.  The felonies speak for themselves...partner family assault, and the grand theft ammo.  Lets bring in the tampered evidence, the altering of speech, the recall peitition, and the suicides.  Not to forget the intimidation, the non-assistance when anything is needed....like to protect a house from being seized, or to protect a loved one too afraid to sleep in a residence....Hoffman's crew will not be there for us.

We have an opportunity to elect a smart, cool headed man who has leadership and anti-corruption experience named Wayne Kelly.  Do we want perpetual lost hikers and dead boaters due to Hoffman not being able to protect us?  I've made a top ten list not to vote for Hoffman, and it was not meant to be funny.

Lastly, without saying, please get rid of Robin Clute, and Jim Bailey: they only are at the call for George Corn, tried and true captor of the US Constitution in Ravalli County Montana.  Hoffman plays his drum to the beat of Corn, as do most of the judges here. Your Ravalli County vote stops this madness.

So what do you say, put your vote to work for you and your family and not George Corn, who will put us all to work if he is elected for a fifth (5) time.  Stop the tyranny....this is our only chance to see freedom in the Bitterroot.  Dont wait until Corn puts on an excessive bail, or destroyes your life, to show you he easily can.

this is your chance....Fulbright (county atty), Wayne Kelly (sheriff), Sabo (JP), and no to Bailey, Langton. Vote as you like for commissioner, Corn puts "guns to their heads" anyway...they are not important.

The FBI probably is not coming, Schweitzer does not care, the Attorney General threatens people to protect Corn, and Corn has Max, his powerful senator friend with connections to the White House.  So your vote is more powerful than anything in the US....to stop the problems we know exist in Ravalli County, MT.  Lets stop living "Beneath the Beauty" and vote to live it every day.  God bless you all.
